THE Vice Chairman of CCM Zanzibar, President of Zanzibar, and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has praised the National Chairperson of CCM who also double as Tanzania’s President, Samia Suluhu Hassan, for successfully initiating the construction of the new CCM Headquarters in Dodoma.

Dr. Mwinyi delivered his remarks during the foundation stone laying ceremony for the new building, held at Salmini Street, opposite the Jakaya Kikwete Convention Centre (JKCC) in Dodoma, on May 28, 2025.

He noted that President Samia has made a significant mark through the implementation of various national development projects, reflecting her firm commitment to building the country and strengthening the party.

Dr. Mwinyi further stated that he will continue to collaborate with President Samia to ensure the timely completion of the headquarters, with standards and appearance befitting the honor CCM.

President Samia laid the foundation stone, in Dodoma today officially marking the commencement of the construction of the CCM Headquarters.
 
 The inauguration, held today, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, was attended by thousands of citizens, led by CCM leaders and members.
