THE National Chairperson of the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM)and President Samia Suluhu Hassan, has announced that the party’s 2025–2030 manifesto will be officially launched tomorrow, May 30, 2025.

The Head of State made the remarks in Dodoma today during the on-going 2025 CCM Special National Conference held in Dodoma today.

She stated that the manifesto has been professionally crafted, incorporating input from citizens, stakeholders, and all segments of society.

According to her,  the new manifesto outlines the party’s key priorities for the next five years adding that the previous manifesto reflected the first term, and this one represents the second and final term of 2020–2030.

“Today we are reviewing the 2020–2030 manifesto. My expectation is that after receiving the government’s implementation report and unveiling the new manifesto, we will take up the responsibility of showcasing CCM’s achievements to the public,” she said.

She further noted that yesterday, May 28, 2025, she laid the foundation stone for the new five-storey CCM headquarters in Salimin Street, equipped with modern systems and technology. The building is set to be completed in 2027 and will be inaugurated during CCM’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

“I urge party members and supporters to continue backing and contributing to the construction of the party headquarters just as they have supported other development projects,” she added.

Earlier, CCM Secretary General Ambassador Dr. Emmanuel Nchimbi said the objectives of the meeting include receiving a report on the implementation of the 2020–2025 manifesto, launching the 2025–2030 manifesto, and making minor amendments to the CCM Constitution.
