QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: At least holder of Diploma in any field from a recognized college 2 years Operational assistant experience in the hospitality industry A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Procurement, Logistics, and transportation processes Computer literate Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent attention to detail

 
KEY AREAS OF FOCUS: Coordination with Ecotraining their training programs and other projects Documentation and record keeping of all guiding relevant trainings Coordination of First Aid Courses (one standard) Get familiar with local park regulation and monitor and report any relevant changes Coordinate any other required training for guides (like riffle handling) Guide equipment: Overseeing inventory, ordering, and support with budget creation and control Support of implementing new equipment / products Support of introduction new products like the Whisper System and similar , and maintaining the program

 Overseeing and collecting any kind of guide related reports and consolidate and provide a summary Collecting and sharing guest comments about guide related topics Collecting guide ideas and comments and sharing with relevant departments Coordinate the “Best Game Vehicle” project Explorer Lounge in Sanctuary Camps: overseeing with regional manager inventory, ordering and support budget creation and control Creating a Newsletter for all guides (A&K and Sanctuary)
