Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement greenhouse crop production strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze soil health, irrigation systems, and nutrient levels.
  • Provide recommendations on suitable crops, planting schedules, and harvesting techniques.
  • Implement pest and disease management programs using environmentally friendly methods.
  • Maintain detailed records of plant growth, soil conditions, and production outcomes.
  • Optimize greenhouse climate control systems, including temperature, humidity, and light exposure.
  • Conduct trials and research to improve crop yields and quality.
  • Train and supervise greenhouse staff on best agricultural practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and other necessary materials.
  • Teamwork is essential in assisting with packing trucks efficiently.
  • Maintain close communication with the procurement team to plan and cultivate high-demand lodge items, reducing food costs.
  • Ensure vegetables are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Conduct stock-taking of harvested items and maintain a record of supplies sent to camps to track the percentage of produce sourced from our own farm.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Diploma in Horticulture/ Agriculture 
  • Strong knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and pest management.
  • Familiarity with hydroponic or organic farming techniques is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis for crop performance improvement.
  • Ability to operate and maintain greenhouse equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Experience working with a variety of crops in controlled environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
