IN the 2024/25 NBC Premier League season, one player has risen above the rest to stake a formidable claim for the Player of the Season award: Young Africans’ attacking midfielder Pacome Zouzoua.

The Ivorian maestro (pictured) has been the heartbeat of Young Africans’ title-winning campaign, showcasing exceptional skill, consistency, and clutch performances that have solidified his status as the frontrunner for the prestigious accolade.

His pivotal role in Young Africans’ 2-0 victory over arch-rivals Simba at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium on their way to clinching the league title epitomized his influence, cementing his case as the standout performer in Tanzania’s top flight.
