PRESIDENTIAL candidate for the ruling Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Samia Suluhu Hassan has expressed her delight with the pastoralists of Mvomero, Morogoro region, for their efforts in promoting the “Tutunzane” campaign she launched.

She said the campaign has contributed to fostering calm, love, and peace within the community, while commending them for their role.

She made the remarks today, August 30, 2025, as she toured and engaged with citizens at a meeting held in Dakawa, Mvomero district, while continuing her campaign.

“We have continued collaborating with pastoralists, increasing markets from three to five, constructing five slaughterhouses, and expanding 42 classroom farms." she said.

“You are witnesses to the ongoing work. I recognize that challenges remain, such as lack of clean and safe water in some areas and poor road conditions in others,” she stressed.

She added: “I promise that this work will continue. I also acknowledge the need for healthcare services in certain areas, and these will be addressed,” Samia pledged as she sought another mandate to lead the nation.”
