Precision Air has announced a new air travel service connecting Dar es Salaam to Iringa, set to begin on March 3, 2025. The flights will operate three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—enhancing connectivity between Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Iringa, and beyond through Precision Air’s network and partners.
This new route aligns with Precision Air’s commitment to improving transportation services and supporting economic growth by providing reliable and affordable air travel across Tanzania.
Speaking on the launch, Precision Air’s CEO, Patrick Mwanri, expressed excitement about expanding services to Iringa, a region with vast economic potential.
"We are proud to introduce flights to Iringa, a growing hub for economic activity. Precision Air remains committed to offering affordable and dependable air travel for all Tanzanians," said Mwanri.
He added that the new route would boost tourism and business in Iringa while supporting government efforts to promote the Southern Circuit tourism. The flights will provide easier access to Ruaha National Park and other attractions in the region.
Beyond benefiting local travelers, the service is expected to enhance trade and tourism, linking Iringa with Dodoma, Dar es Salaam, and other major destinations via Precision Air’s network.
Tickets for the Iringa route are available online through Precision Air’s official website.
As Tanzania’s leading private airline, Precision Air operates domestic and regional flights to 13 destinations across East Africa, prioritizing safety, security, and customer satisfaction. The airline also offers aircraft maintenance services and aviation training programs, further contributing to the industry’s growth.
