Lake Zone CCM candidate set stage for Parliamentary battle

LAKE ZONE Candidates have continued submitting nomination forms to contest parliamentary seats, urging citizens to stay united and choose leaders with integrity.

In Ilemela, Mwanza, CCM’s Kafiti William Kafiti submitted his form, calling on residents to maintain cooperation, unity, and mutual support. 

He described August 27, the official form submission day, as a historic moment for Ilemela.

INEC’s constituency officer, Herbert Bilia, confirmed 17 parties have filed forms in Ilemela, including CCM, CCK, DP, NLD, AAFP, SAU, MAKINI, UMD, N.R.A, ACT, ADA-TADEA, UPDP, UDP, CUF, NCCR-Mageuzi, and ADC.

In Ngara, CCM candidate Dotto Bahemu submitted his form, thanking voters and party members for their trust.

In Chato North, candidates included Cornel Magembe (CCM), Amos Luhanya (UDP), and Yohana Misungwi (ACT Wazalendo), while in Chato South, Lushona Mathias (ACT Wazalendo) and CCM’s Pascal Lutandula filed forms.

In Serengeti, Mara, Mary Daniel (CCM) submitted her form alongside candidates from ACT, CHAUMMA, NRA, and AAFP.
